Ms. Holland provides mental health services in Alliance and across Nebraska via telehealth. She sees a variety of clients and has served those with severe mental illness. Ms. Holland works collaboratively with medication managers, physicians, community support services, and others to provide her clients with supportive networks to create global wellness. 

She enjoys helping adults with traumatic experiences, difficult childhoods, and complex medical difficulties. You will also find assistance with psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxieties, substance use difficulties, alternative lifestyle issues, LGBTQ issues, and compulsive behaviors.

Ms. Holland employs a number of research-supported counseling methods with each individual. You will be able to create your own treatment goals and work on them in the manner you choose.
